We at Steve McKie are a well established business who are offering repairs, restoration and parts for MG cars across Chesterfield, Derbyshire, since 1977. We are very proud to say we have grown into one of the country’s leading MG specialists and we are even approved by the British Motor Heritage. Our workshops are fully equipped to enable us to carry out all types of repair work here at our base which includes in our machine shop and fabrication facilities.

Our specialty is working with the following models: MG T Type; MGA; MGB; MGC; V8; MG Midget, Austin Healey Sprite, and MGF/TF. So if you have one of these models then rest assured, your pride and joy will be in safe hands.

Our professional and friendly team have a wealth of knowledge and experience in dealing with all models of MG sports cars from pre-war to present day. We are able to offer a range of services from routine service work, specialist repairs, to restoration and trimming. We are also offering a race car preparation service as well.

Our vast range of parts includes in excess of 5,000 lines catering for almost every post war MG Models. All of our parts we have available are covered by warranty against defect but in most cases this will not extend to labour and will not include failure from faulty installation or misuse. The warranty period for most of our parts are usually twelve months from the day you purchase them. We accept mail and telephone orders and goods despatched are subject to packing and carriage charges too. We also accept payment by cash, personal cheque, Switch, Visa, Master Card or American Express.
